Maria Chappelle-Nadal announced Tuesday that she is running to represent the 1st Congressional District of Missouri in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Maria Chappelle-Nadal, a Democrat and a former Missouri state representative, has launched a run for a Missouri U.S. Congress seat that represents the City of St. Louis.

Maria Chappelle-Nadal, who worked as a legislative assistant to then-Chair Rita Heard Days, won $46,200 plus legal fees for her claim that she was wrongfully dismissed in August 2022.
