Taste of bertha, the storm is well offshore but creating heavy surf and rough waves, surprising seasoned swimmers. I wasnt expecting it, it was not that big a wave but it knocked me over and we have come here for years, this is the toughest waves i have ever been in. A big wave hit everyone and a lot of people went under, i was trying to get up and i sprained my leg. The wave of Energy Tumbles people around and they get pulled out. Waist deep only lifeguards are on high alert and so are parents. Everybody is on edge watching, even when you are standing there the water is going crisscross, its pulling your feet.
