what we can expect in the hours ahead. reporter: he has been searching to add a florida based attorney to his team even since before two of his top attorneys on this case specifically resigned last friday. they resigned in part because trump was pursuing adding another attorney to the team and they have been the top attorneys litigating this, so he is down two attorneys who were handling the documents case. still searching for someone else. that is not seen as a big deal from the people i ve spoken with. todd blanche is the other attorney that he added to his team about two months ago and he will be one of the people that you see going to court with the former president. it remains to be seen who he add, but you can see when two people who depart the team, it is difficult for trump to find attorneys in the past. we may not even see him going into the courthouse. we believe there will be courtroom sketches, but not
florida. donald trump isn t the only one facing criminal charges in the classified documents investigation. his aide walt nauta will be arraigned later today as well. brian todd has details. reporter: standing by his man for now. 40-year-old walt nauta, indicted along with trump in the case, traveled with his boss to campaign stops in georgia and north carolina over the weekend, and to miami where they will both face court appearances on tuesday. his testimony would be important enough because he had conversations with the former president that the government doesn t know about now and doesn t have any other way to get. so i think if he wants to, he can still cooperate. reporter: walt nauta faces six counts including some related to oob insbstruction an concealment of the documents. prosecutors say nauta lied to investigators when they asked if he knew where trump s boxes of documents were stored before they were found in mar-a-lago.
