MDSW Director Re Fugoso said that it has finished distributing financial assistance to 99 percent of its total beneficiaries as of Sunday, May 9, or 33 days since the start of its operation last April 6. “Tuloy-tuloy po ang pagkilos ng ating social workers, daycare workers, at iba pang kawani ng MDSW upang matiyak na makukuha ng mga Batang Maynila ang kanilang benepisyo mula sa national government,” Fugoso said while noting that about 377,010 families have already received its financial assistance.
