Kevin Spacey Is Coming Back, Whether You Consent or Not – PJ Media

AP Photo/Steven Senne Remember #MeToo? Remember #TimesUp? It seems like a long time ago, after the interminable decade that was 2020, but all that Harvey Weinstein stuff happened just three and a half years ago. Weinstein’s plummet from grace in November 2017 set off an avalanche of accusations and recriminations in Hollywood, the effects of which can still be seen today. For example, right now on Netflix you can watch a blockbuster “zombie heist” movie in which one of the main characters was digitally replaced after filming wrapped, because the original actor was accused of creepy sex stuff. That never would’ve happened back in the days when Weinstein was just a suspected pervert instead of a confirmed pervert. And if you grew up in the ’70s and ’80s, all I have to say is “Bill Cosby” and you don’t need to be told how much things have changed in the entertainment industry.
