New plan will put body cameras on all state troopers in new jersey. And an arrest at a delaware intersection after a truck lands on a car. But the big story is the Camden County man that led police on a chase through philadelphia and south jersey. The suspect was stopped just before 10 00 last night when an officer clipped his van flipping the vehicle over. Ryan ritter was released from the hospital and is now facing charges.
