Lets look at the winds right now, up in the Higher Elevations, still pushing well over 40 Miles Per Hour. Weve been up around 50 and 60 during the night. Thats why its been noisy in some neighborhoods. Down at the surface, seeing 37 at Half Moon Bay. 33 at fairfield. 24 in San Francisco. 31 in santa rosa. This is also going to help us push into record territory this afternoon from 66 in Half Moon Bay to 74 today in santa rosa and also in antioch i should say also in fairfield.

Last week the s p was up 329 points after being down 195 the week before and the nasdaq was up by 983 points last week after losing 636 points the week before but again these gains this morning are significant ones they are adding to what we saw last week.
