Principal magistrate, Mark Ngegbe at Pademba Road Court No.1 has on Monday 15
th, March remanded one Babatunde Decker alias Boiko to the Male Correctional Centre for alleged robbery with aggravation.
The accused person was arraigned before magistrate Ngegbe on five counts of conspiracy, wounding, wounding with intent and other related offences.
According to the charge sheet on count 1 ,the accused on Friday 18th December 2020, at No.20 Elizabeth Lane off Milton Margai College, Goderich, Freetown, conspired with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit robbery with aggravation.
It was also alleged that the accused on the same date and place, being armed with offensive weapons, robbed Abdulai Barrier of one (1) Samsung S9 mobile phone valued six hundred and seven Euros (E607) equivalent to six million five hundred Leones, one Samsung S10 mobile phone valued six hundred Euros (E600) equivalent to six million Leones, Dell laptop computer valued four million

th March,2021, discharged two accused persons- Joseph Koffie and Mohamed Sesay,who were alleged to have sexually abused a child below the age of eighteen.
The accused persons were in court on one count of sexual penetration contrary to Section 19 of the Sexual Offence Act No. 12 of 2012.
State Prosecutor, Jane B. Kamara, alleged that on 4
th April, 2019 and 15
th November, 2019 in Freetown, sexually penetrated a child below the age of eighteen.
The state prosecution told the court that she had sent several subpoenas to both the formal and factual witnesses who have failed to avail themselves in court.

Sheriff Kamara was yesterday remanded at the Male Correctional Centre on Pademba Road after his maiden appearance before Magistrate Mark Ngegba presiding at Court No.1 Pademba Road on allegation of murder.
Police alleges that the accused, on Friday 5th February, 2021, at Mahama Village in Karena District, murdered Mariama Kongaima.
Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Ibrahim Sheik Mansaray who is prosecuting the matter disclosed that witnesses linked to the case were yet to come to court, but was hopeful that they will avail themselves before the court on the next adjourned date.
Magistrate Mark Ngegba sent the accused to jail, and adjourned the matter to Monday 22nd March, 2021 for the first prosecution witness to testify.

Thirty-eight years old Abass Kamara has made several appearances before Magistrate Isata Sellu-Tucker at the Pademba Road Court No.2 for allegedly killing Ibrahim Kargbo, age 35.
The accused person on Tuesday, 9th February, made his tenth appearance before Magistrate Sellu-Tucker to answer to one count of manslaughter contrary to the Laws of Sierra Leone.
According to the police prosecutor, Sergeant 10980 Hannah Newstead, the accused on Friday,18th September, 2020, at 17 Regent Street in Freetown, murdered his friend, Ibrahim Kargbo.
Testifying in court, Detective Police Constable (DPC) 11522 Abu Koroma, attached at the Criminal Investigations Department, Central Police Division as investigator, said he recognised the accused person and also knew the deceased,Ibrahim Kargbo.
