This morning, fox 29 dave kinchen talked to hotel guest that is scrambled to get out of the burning building. When i came downstairs, all i seen was fire, smoke coming out. Reporter it was not the wakeup call they were expecting when fire ripped through the hotel sunday morning, damaging much of first floor, killing one person. I took my clothes, pants, everything, ran outside, i was barefoot. Put my sneakers on and came outside. I was waiting for him. He didnt come up ten minutes later. Her boyfriend tried to help the victim who per issued. The whole doorway was full of smoke. Try to walk in couldnt walk in at all. The room was too smoky. Thats when the fire trucks came and told me to get out. I walked out. Reporter Police Say Three people had to be rescued and treated for smoke inhalation, but are not considered lifethreatening.
