HAGÅTÑA (The Guam Daily Post) — A 30-year-old prison officer pleaded not guilty to charges related to smuggling contraband into Guam s adult correctional facility.
The man said Moore intended to shoot another man because he allegedly stole money from Moore. Police interviewed the second man, who admitted to stealing money from Moore, who said he was present the night of the shooting, court documents state
A source told officers he was with Moore the night of the shooting and sat in the passenger seat of the vehicle while Moore drove.
Moore was charged with:
Two counts of aggravated assault as a second-degree felony with special allegations of deadly weapon used in commission of a felony.
Terrorizing as a third-degree felony with a special allegation of a deadly weapon used in commission of a felony.
