A Gladstone manâs late night craving for fast food landed him in trouble with the law.
Dylan Smith, 21, pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on Tuesday to driving without a licence (SPER suspended).

On March 21, about 2.30am, police were conducting patrols on Goondoon St when they intercepted a silver Mazda and Smith submitted to a breath test and licence check.
Smith provided a Queensland provisional driverâs licence, however, checks showed it was SPER suspended as of March 19.

A prolific drug offender’s criminal history was further extended on Tuesday as she faced Gladstone Magistrates Court yet again.
Zoie-Jane Collins, 30, pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing dangerous drugs and possessing property suspected of having been used in connection with the commission of a drug offence.

Police intercepted Collins driving on Toolooa St, South Gladstone, at 1am on March 15.
After a brief conversation, police detained Collins and her passenger for a search.
Police located a small make-up container which had one gram of cannabis in it, concealed in a clip-seal bag.

A man’s drug smoking habit was uncovered by police who could smell his cannabis from the unit next door, a court has heard.
Brandon-Lee Jackson, 26, pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on Tuesday to possessing dangerous drugs, possessing utensils or pipes for use and possessing property suspected of being used in connection with the commission of a drug offence.

On March 28, around 10.30pm, police attended a unit on Off Lane for an unrelated enquiry.
Upon leaving, police smelt cannabis coming from the unit next door, which belonged to Jackson.

A Gladstone man made frank admissions to drug use after being intercepted by police on a busy road.
Blair Rowland Skipper, 45, pleaded guilty in Gladstone Magistrates Court on Tuesday to drug-driving.

On October 24 last year, about 11.30am, Skipper was intercepted by police from the Calliope Road Policing Unit patrolling Tank St, Gladstone, and submitted to a roadside drug test.
Skipper returned a positive to cannabis.
