Her third-run score of 86.23 was just barely behind the gold-medal finisher, Switzerland's Mathilde Gremaud, who posted an 86.56 best score. </p><p></p><p>Russia's Kamila Valiyeva will skate in the women's short program Tuesday at the Olympics after the Court of Arbitration for Sport ruled she could compete despite a positive drug test in December.
