Niwari (Madhya Pradesh) [India], May 9 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh police filed FIRs against three persons for violating COVID-19 norms in Niwari district.
This incident of grave carelessness took place in Niwari s Luharguwan village. We have filed FIRs against two people for organising a wedding ceremony without having taken permission from the administration. We have also filed one FIR against a youth for taking part in the ceremony and concealing the fact that he had been tested positive for the COVID-19, said Jairam Kushwaha, police post In-Charge, Luharguwan.

Agar Malwa (Madhya Pradesh): In a shocking sight from Madhya Pradesh, patients in its Agar Malwa district were seen being treated in fields with IV fluid bottles dangling from tree branches.
The increasing number of Covid patients in the district has put a lot of pressure on health care system. Hospitals are overwhelmed with Covid patients and no beds are available. In such a situation, doctors are forced to treat patients whereever they get space.
Two hundred boxes containing 9,264 Remdesivir injections (a key anti-viral drug) have arrived at the Indore airport, an official from the Chief Minister's Office said.
