Personal Statement: Joining Enactus

Joining Enactus is probably the best decision I made since I began my career as a student at Florida Southern College. Although I started at a bumpy road by changing my major numerous times; it has helped me achieved insurmountable support from my peers and professors. I must admit I attended the first Enactus meeting because I heard someone from Bolivia would be there, someone who probably encountered the same culture shock I had previously faced and someone who could give me advice on this wild train they call âcollegeâ. I ventured into the unknown and went not knowing what I was probably getting myself into. However, after only a few minutes I heard Maddie Henderson define the purpose of Enactus and the enthusiasm all the members had made me change my mind and suddenly my mind opened. All the projects they had implemented were going to change and positively make and impact on the life of others. Difficult circumsta
