Madan Das Devi, an 81-year old veteran Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader, passed away on Monday in Bengaluru. A long-time member of the group, he served as joint secretary and worked to develop leadership skills among national level top rungs in the Bharatiya Janata Party and RSS in India. He was responsible for the same in RSS s student wing, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP).
