This egg-cooking entrepreneur sees downtown Tampa waking up from the pandemic
From his breakfast cart at the cityâs center, (very) small business owner Dylan Frechette watched a tumultuous 2020 play out in a strangely quiet downtown.

Weekdays, he drives into downtown Tampa before sun-up, settling his food cart onto its spot by the Riverwalk. Homeless people slumber on nearby benches in the dark as he gets ready for the morning.
