Businesses along a busy corridor in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood say a proposed protected bicycle lane could impede their day-to-day operations.
CADILLAC â A 34-year-old Cadillac man faced multiple felony offenses including accosting children for immoral purposes during his recent arraignment in Wexford County s 84th District Court.
Anthony Lynn Schwartz was charged with accosting children for immoral purposes and aggravated indecent exposure for his connection with an incident on July 22 in Haring Township, court records indicate. If convicted, Schwartz faces up to four years in prison and/or $4,000 in fines.
The charges in question are only accusations. Schwartz is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. The prosecution has the burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
Michigan man drove minor to secluded road, exposed himself, police say

WEXFORD COUNTY, MI – A Michigan man has been charged for a July incident in which he allegedly drove a minor to a secluded road and exposed himself.
Anthony Lynn Schwartz, 34, of Tustin was charged with accosting a child for immoral purposes and aggravated indecent exposure in the 84th District Court in Cadillac on Dec. 14.
The Michigan State Police Cadillac Post began investigating Schwartz after the Cadillac Police Department discovered the alleged incident occurred outside their jurisdiction.
The female victim alleged that Schwartz drove her down a secluded road and exposed himself. She then reported the incident to a family member who then contacted police.
