United Nations Population Fund News Author: UNFPA A reproductive health booklet for women with disabilities was published in Braille and distributed to libraries and schools for the visually impaired in Kazakhstan. © UNFPA Kazakhstan NUR-SULTAN, Kazakhstan – In a win for inclusion, a reproductive health publication for women with disabilities has been published in Braille for the visually impaired. “A matter of importance: your reproductive health and reproductive rights”, which is also available on audio disc, provides women with disabilities information on sexual and reproductive health, including family planning, their rights to decide if, when and how many children to have and accessing services. Nearly 150 copies of the 23-page booklet, also available in digital form in Kazakh and Russian, were sent to 34 specialized libraries and boarding schools for the visually impaired.
