Reporter well, tori, we have learned that San Francisco sheriffs deputy bill tong was arrested at about 7 35 this morning here at jail one on 7th street behind me right here in San Francisco. He faces two felony charges, Second Degree robbery and Second Degree burglary commercial. We have learned these charges stem from a november 7th robbery at a bank of America Branch on balboa street in San Francisco. Police say this is the suspect in that case.
