Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in connection with an apparent May 9 drive-by shooting in North Lubbock that left a 69-year-old man dead in his home.  Investigators with the Lubbock Metropolitan Special Crimes Unit continue to investigate the shooting death of William Justice Jr.  Lubbock police officers responding to a May 10 check-welfare call found Justice dead in his home in the 2800 block of North Quaker Avenue. Lubbock police responded to a shots fired call the night before in the area and found three homes with bullet damage. Justice s home was not among those residences, according to a police news release.
