The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) set up at more than 4,000 locations nationwide Saturday in an effort to get people to turn in prescription drugs they no longer need.
The St. Louis Park Police Department says that around 9:30 p.m. Thursday night officers responded to a parking lot in the 4500 block of Cedar Lake Road for reports of a catalytic converter theft.
Andres Castillo, of Minneapolis, was charged by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office after ramming a stolen vehicle into police squads and fleeing from police.
