An Indiana man who was charged with stealing a car assaulted a police officer and may be responsible for other crimes in the area, according to the Clayton Police Department.
Matthew McCulloch, charged with firing a gun at a Kirkwood trunk-or-treat, is out on bond. Jason Handley posed no credible threat to a local school but is in jail.
