force. is it an epidemic? is there a reason we have to rid our nation s police departments and have the federal government step in? i don t think so. the civil rights division is going to go to baltimore and meet community leaders and meet with law enforcement and try to determine if excessive force was used. if there was any discrimination. if violations were found the practices will change in that community and they will be enforced by the court. like i said earlier it s already happening. you have a number of police officers going on the record talking about how there a all these feel like the swift hammer of justice is lording over them and not going to be able to go out there and do their jobs. that s a good point. i think are there are some bad cops out there. i covered the cops. but. there are more good ones than bad ones. of course. the federal government can swoop in and take control of your police department and the underlying assumption on the part of the obama
