One person describes the traumatic scene of seeing the frantic mother rush out of the house clinging to her 4yearold daughter, who had just been shot. I told her, what happened . She goes, she got shot. The kids were playing upstairs. And next thing you know, she said she found her baby laying on the floor like that and ran outside.
