THE Independent National Electoral Commission has taken distribution of permanent voters cards to the registration areas/wards level effective from Friday.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says the collection of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) at registration areas/wards across the country would commence on Friday.
The collection of PVCs at the ward level will end on 15 January. after which the exercise will revert to the local government offices of INEC until 22 January.
