Powys County Council planners have given the green light for the development which sees Pickstock Homes partner with Mid Wales Housing Association in seeking to develop the greenfield site with 13 homesand associated roads and drainage. The development will seen an additional 13 affordable homes built to meet the needs of the area. Planning permission for the development near Llanfyllin was granted on February 8. The permission means that the developers can now provide a second phase to the 13 houses that Mid Wales Housing Association and Pickstock intend to develop at the site under current outline planning permission that was granted in May 2018.
