Despite breaking her spine in a cycling accident in 2015, leaving her without the use of her legs, Yapton mum Amanda Worne has been raising money this year for children’s disability charity PACSO.
Amanda’s final challenge on Sunday, May 16, is a 24-hour wheelchair marathon – to see just how far she can go.
Starting at 7.30am on Sunday at Hotham Park, she’ll wheel all day and night, ending the challenge on Monday morning.
