Israeli missiles hit the khadija school compound in deir al balah in central gaza, which had been housing palestinians who d been forced to flee their homes since the war began. The israeli army says the strike targeted a hamas command and control centre which was inside the school. Ambulances brought those killed and injured, including children, to a nearby hospital in deir al balah.
