Sarah Studer. (Techstars Photo) Former Impact Hub Seattle Managing Director Sarah Studer is joining Techstars Seattle as the director of platform. Studer was most recently assistant director at the University of Washington’s Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship.
Studer spent six years leading Impact Hub Seattle, one of the city’s first co-working spaces. After Studer’s departure the organization rebranded as Seattle Impact Hall and shut down last year.
Jeremy “Jerry” F. Grenier Jr.
Jeremy F. “Jerry” Grenier Jr., 81, of Litchfield, passed away on March 21, 2021, from complications relating to pneumonia, following a long battle with cancer.
Jerry was born on May 15, 1939, in Biddeford, to Phyllis L. Hanson and Jeremy F. Grenier Sr.
Jerry grew up in Saco, graduating from Thornton Academy. He then entered the Air Force, serving honorably for four years. Upon his return to Maine, he enlisted in the Maine State Police Academy and became a state trooper, serving from 1965 to 1970. He was assigned to the Scarborough Barracks, where he patrolled the Brunswick/Harpswell/Midcoast region. He had many stories from his days as a police officer, and while he enjoyed the excitement and thrill of the chase, what he cherished most was the camaraderie and brotherhood of his fellow troopers. He remained friends with many of them to this day.
Raimon Land rejigs investment plan

Following a change in its major shareholders three months ago, SET-listed developer Raimon Land Plc (RML) has revised its plans, revoking an in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) venture and selling a land plot on Sukhumvit Soi 19 that had been earmarked for a new hotel development.
Sataporn Amornvorapak, Raimon Land s chief finance officer, said the company had decided to cancel an investment plan in an IVF business, which would have involved the opening of fertility wellness centres in two locations.
