One, of course, is title ix of the education amendments of 1972, which we enforce in conjunction with the department of education and other agencies that Fund Institutions of Higher Education. We also enforce title iv of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which bans, moamong other thing, sex discrimination in Public Schools and schools of Higher Education. In addition we address the violent control act and the state streets act.
