Here in Massachusetts, 4-H is managed by the UMass Amherst Center for Agriculture, Food and the Environment (CAFE) within the College of Natural Sciences, which is actively working to broaden the scope of the program, including by connecting with schools in Western Massachusetts’ urban centers.
