Good morning. Welcome to the subcommittee on communication and technologies. Well, good morning, everyone. And welcome to the subcommittee on communication and technologies hearing on accountability and oversight of the federal communications commission. I am glad to welcome our witnesses back before the subcommittee. I know it has been serve months since we had you before us and i know that you have all missed the warm welcoming atmosphere of our hearing room. But despite that passage of time, many issues that were of concern to us then still remain unresolved today. For example, i asked about the investigation into phone carriers selling the realtime location of nearly every american. Mr. Chairman, you told me that even after more than a year had passed, we still couldnt tell whether this practice had stopped. Couldnt say whether the impacted individuals had been notified. Good morning. Welcome to the subcommittee on communication and technologies. I am glad to welcome our witnesses back before the subcommittee. I know it has been seven months since we had you before us and i know we all missed the warm welcoming atmosphere of our hearing room. Despite that passage of time many issues that were of concern to us then still remain unresolved today. For example, i asked about the investigation into phone carrier selling the realtime location of nearly every american. Its not interstate commerce. Its why we have an interstate Commerce Clause are, in by opinion, and its not something they have expertise in, because theyre supposed to be governing intrastate traffic. And there is no intrastate traffic on the internet. Host joining us to drill down into thi

The Congressional Internet Caucus Academy hosted this if it. Last about an hour. [background sounds] going to go ahead and get started. Welcome to the sludge panel titled circuit court, what now. It is hosted by the Congressional Internet Caucus Academy in conjunction with another. One of the cochairs of the caucus, so long with representative collins, and others. The internet caucus was created 20 years ago. To help inform the debate in the discussion about key internet policy questions and of course Net Neutrality is at the top of that list. Even though, all of us and all of our buses may not agree, this case is important for all of us. Im glad we get a chance to hear from various stakeholders and their views on how we should be thinking about this. This is been a top issue for my boss for monday years. This case in
