While the number of active cases and COVID-19 hospitalizations continue to improve, Webb County passed another grim milestone on Monday: 800 deaths caused by COVID-19 over the last year. These deaths represent roughly 0.3% of the county’s entire population and 1.9% of all recorded positive cases in the area.
