Then the senate. As they get more and more influenced by what they are drinking, they boast, tomorrow well march down massachusetts avenue and well escort general breckenridge into the capitol, into the senate chamber, which he had presided over and place him back there. Well, the president is going to pay a visit out here again on the wealth. Hes going to arrive out here and hes going to bring mary with him. Now mary and he, there have been causalities out here, and close to the walls of fort stevens is a hospital. They go in and visit several Wounded Union soldiers there and then mary sits down. Have the recent events and the press response to those events had any kind of impact on your officers or made them more likely to employ strategies and tactics that might actually compromise their safety or the safety of the community . Sheriff clarke mr. Chair, congressman, without a doubt its part of the Tipping Point that i talked about. You know, we need balance obviously and obviously when we find balance maintaining is going to be more difficult. An officer delaying that thing thats telling him or her to do a certain thing that doesnt happen and may cost them their lives but let me say this about the use of body cameras. I am for this, the use of this technology. I think its a force multiplier. It can only help. But what ive been advising, i think were rushing into this because we will end up with a law of unintended consequences. There are privacy issues involved. It potentially could lead to fewer people wanting to come forward and cooperate with the police, especially in our n
Do they want more or less of a Police Presence . They complain more about the actions of the police or inactions of the police . Sheriff clark they ask for more. They complain about both and i think that is human nature. A want safer neighborhoods. They know they will have to have policing in these high crime areas to get that done. It is situational. They complain about slow calls for service responses. Things like that which can have an effect on a persons trust in their lawenforcement agency. In other words, we call but they dont come. It is fluid. It is situational. We deal with that i situational basis. Do your officers generally feel welcome comfortable in these communities . Sheriff clarke without a doubt. It is a hallmark of mind to create that relationship. I believe in the milwaukee area anyway, has a great relationship we dont have a great relationship with the criminal element. There is no doubt about that. But i think sometimes, this i believe it exists, this lack of trust

Home to his grandmother, mother, family and to his friends. In tennessee and formed an instant friendship. Whoseung men from ohio personal lives and military careers were similar in nature. When general mcpherson was he choseas commander, me as his chief engineer. I joined general mcpherson staff in mississippi. This began our amazing journey that would last more than two years. When i learned general mcpherson had been killed in action, i knew immediately i lost my best friend. The army lost a great commander and a nation lost a soldier who had the wherewithal to unite a divided nation.
