out and they re still struggling here with just the very basic necessities. it seems every time they take one step forward, it s then two steps back. let me give you an example. five days ago, they hit a major milestone here. having 50% power generation across the island. but this lasted only two hours before the first of four power failures. they re still also dealing with daily blackouts. now, let s talk water. the government is saying that they have water across 90% of the island, yet none of this water is safe to drink without first boiling it. there are some communities that still have no water at all. people are going and collecting stream water with a pvc pipe to get water to their households. we did speak with the mayor of san juan about some of these daily struggles. let s listen to what she had to say. while the energy is not stable, and the electric light is not stable, our economy will be stable. i don t want anybody at
