FTX, the bankrupt crypto exchange, has filed a lawsuit against former employees of Salameda, a Hong Kong-incorporated entity affiliated with FTX, to recover about $157.3 million.
The lawsuit alleges that the withdrawal of funds by the defendants prior to the FTX bankruptcy filing on Nov. 11, 2022, was made with “intent to hinder, delay or defraud” present or future debtors of FTX US.
