Six hundred fourth graders made the trip to Legacy of the Plains Museum this week for some hands-on history as they learned all about Tools and Technology Through Time.
The Scotts Bluff County Board of Commissioners approved the use of Capital Improvement funds for two large projects at its regular meeting on Monday, Aug. 7.
