Conor Bray has been appointed as the new chief operating officer at United Living.
The move is internal, with Bray moving up from managing director of the company’s property services division. He replaces Darren Moseley, who left the company at the end of April after eight years at the firm and almost two as chief operating officer. Moseley initially joined United Living from the Apollo Group in October 2012.
United Living group chief executive and chairman Neil Armstrong said Bray had taken over as the company prepares to grow. Residential and maintenance focused United Living merged with utilities and maintenance outfit Fast Flow in 2019 to form an enlarged £400m group.
