Now, chief scotts vision is to have a dedicated team of officers who can help conct these Homeless People to city services. And in other words, more outreach, less enforcement. Capsized sailboat. Good evening. Im dan ashley. And im ama daetz. We sent out an alert to the abc7 news app as this was happening. We also streamed it live through the app. The sailboat capsized about 2 30 this afternoon. Only sky 7 was overhead as three people were pulled from San Francisco bay. The water temperature is about 55 degrees. So cold it can be dangerous. Kate larson is live with the details. Kate . Reporter well, dan, ama, those boaters were lucky they were rescued they were. They launched here, and they got about a mile into the bay when the coast guard says their sailboat capsized. I watched as the three men after being treated by paramedics, walked into an ambulance.
