A Vincentian woman currently living in New Zealand is seeking the help of the public to make contact with her cousin, Cecelia Hackshaw-Rouse. The woman, Allison Christopher, told the St. Vincent Times that she has been living in New Zealand for the last 15 years and is originally from Questelles.

Grenville Williams, the attorney general of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, will represent the nation at the Commonwealth Law Ministers Meeting in Mauritius from November 22 to 25. Oil arrives in St Vincent and the Grenadines from Venezuela under Petrocaribe. On Saturday morning, the MV Inmaculada, a cargo ship carrying 23,000 barrels of oil from Venezuela, landed at Lowmans Bay, St. Vincent. This is the first supply of petrol to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under the amended PetroCaribe Agreement which now offers a 35% discount on fuel prices for ALBA member nations.
