Washington [US], April 26 (ANI): Singer-actor Andra Day, who is nominated for an Oscar for her performance in The United States vs. Billie Holiday , brought her fashion A-game to the red carpet dressed in a stunning gold gown.
The 36-year-old star channeled the legendary singer she portrays in the Lee Daniels-directed biopic at the 93rd annual Academy Awards, walking the red carpet in a sultry custom Vera Wang gold gown, reported People magazine.
Day accessorised the sultry dress, which features a large cutout and side slit, with Tiffany and Co. jewels, a gold clutch and matching stilettos.
Regina King and Carey Mulligan were among the stars who raised the style stakes at the 2021 Oscars. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the prestigious annual ceremony was a smaller affair this year, with a reduced number of Hollywood stars walking the iconic red carpet at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.
