Person killed and walnut creek this year. The 38yearold bay area resident was fatally shot overnight in this intersection of cyprus and focus downtown. Blocks away from the police station. 1 28 am in the morning, our officers heard sounds of gunfire coming from locust street. Reporter police say that brown was inside the bar before he was shot three times in the back. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he died of his injuries shortly after police say about 30 people were in the area at the time. Witnesses reported seeing the shooting and said that it was an africanamerican male in his 20s, approximately 6 feet tall, and 160 pounds. Reporter the search is on for the gun man, and his room leaves behind a fiancie and her daughter. The fbi responded to a home this afternoon in the citys visitation valley neighborhood. Our reporter Mel Lee Woodrow was first on the scene and has video of the raid youll only see on abc 7 news. Shes live tonight at the San Francisco county jail. This is where will petrov was previously booked and released. However, in that instance it was sfpd who arrested peov but he was never charged. Tonight, arrest warrants were awarded for petrov and a woman who is said to be his girlfriend. An fbi s. W. A. T. Team demanding he come out. Come to the front door. Hands up.
