At one point we didnt know if the victims were in one car or separate cars. Now were being told that both victims were in the same car, and apparently the person in the red car stopped to help them. From sky 7 you can see that the windows were blown out. Now, within a very short period of time, police were at a home in the Iron Triangle area of richmond on 17th street.
