According to the NM Film Office, the production is filming throughout New Mexico through August.
The documentary is about underserved and underrepresented communities throughout New Mexico and across the country who have struggled significantly in the wake of the pandemic.
It will address challenges of accessibility, stigma, and mental health inequity and is also a call to healing and beacon of hope. Although the state and the nation have faced seemingly insurmountable obstacles, this documentary will highlight concrete examples of communities coming together, standing up for their rights and needs, getting access to help, and embarking upon personal and multi-generational healing.

Tonic for the Times, a star-studded documentary and music festival to raise money for New Mexico’s health care workers, streamed virtually on Saturday, Jan. 20.
Some of the guest speakers and performers for the event were Steven Michael Quezada, Penn Jillette, Chevel Shepherd, Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, Sophie B. Hawkins, Prism Bitch and Bob Odenkirk.
