Mother-of-two Christine McGee said: “I bought clothes for my kids, ages six and three. When I emailed to ask about returns, they said the shop was open until next Monday. I drove into town yesterday and it was shut – a total waste of my time.
Si Catalyst adds university programme

Many of the successful startups in the Silicon Catalyst Incubator were launched based on fundamental research originating at leading universities and research centers around the world.
The Silicon Catalyst University program has been established to unite academic institutions with the Silicon Catalyst ecosystem of Advisors, Partners and Investors.
For these institutions, Silicon Catalyst will provide speakers and panel experts, judges for pitch competitions, mentoring, internships via our portfolio companies. Silicon Catalyst anticipates that this program will nurture qualified start-ups to join the incubator.
During the first phase of the University Program, Silicon Catalyst hosted events with Stanford (see lecture here), Cornell University Praxis Center for Venture Development, the Cal Poly Center for Innovation, Georgia Tech and Imperial College London.
