I can t stand Mike Pence, but at least you can count on him for some basic vice-presidenting, and considering his evangelical base, it was a good thing for him to get public vaccinated this morning. National recognition of Latino contributions to American society is inching closer to reality after a Senate vote.
Last week, a unanimous vote by a Senate committee advanced a bill that could lead to the creation of the National Museum of the American Latino an addition to the Smithsonian Institute preserving and commemorating Latino contributions in the United States.
