That complex and heavy damage to two homes. One man talked about what he saw from his apartment window. It moved quickly to the trees. Caught the trees all the way over to spread toward b building. Down the hill, wrapped back up around toward walmart. Even though it was less than 10 acres, caltrans responded with more than 100 firefighters and numerous firefighters vehicles to get that fire out quickly. No one was injured. Residents evacuated from the apartment complex are being told they can now return. Firefighters in nevato county say they are making progress against a wildfire thats prompted the mandatory evacuation of several thousand people. This afternoon four firefighters were burned fighting the lowell fire. Calfire said one of the firefighters suffered serious burns while the other three are expected to be released from Uc Davis Medical Center shortly.
