Opelousas Police Chief Graig LeBlanc and his wife Crystal LeBlanc, a captain with the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office, were shot outside the home of Officer Savannah Butler on Dec. 22, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
A second arrest has been made in connection with the double homicide that claimed the lives of 21-year-old Samijah Leday and 19-year-old Alexia Joubert on December 1, 2022.
