3 men face federal charges in spree of violent robberies, 2016 killing of Milwaukie man, records show

Keith Byron Woody Jr., 28, Keandre D’shawn Lamarcus Brown, 23, and John Joseph Nirschl, 41, are now charged with causing the Sept. 5, 2016, death of Philip Anthony Gatto Jr. through the use of guns, a federal offense that could bring the death penalty, according to an indictment unsealed Tuesday.
