On Jan. 11 at 3:16 p.m., a 45-year-old Twin Valley man suffered an apparent drug overdose. First responders performed CPR on the man upon arrival at the scene.

The scammer said woman needed to pay $500 for computer assistance and fill out a form that included her banking information. The woman complied and then $99,000 was transferred out of her account to separate accounts in Puerto Rico and Hong Kong, according to an emergency dispatch report.
On Wednesday, Jan. 12 at 1:48 a.m. in Ponsford, a 38-year-old man assaulted a 33-year-old woman. The woman declined medical attention and the man was arrested. The case remains under investigation. Also, on Highway 34 in Osage, a 17-year-old male suffered minor injuries after his vehicle crashed into a Bobcat skid loader. The teenager was transported to a nearby medical clinic for treatment. The driver of the Bobcat was not injured.
